ROLLER HEAD LINE
This involves an extrusion process that feeds into a calender, achieving precision calendering with a smooth, defect-free surface without entrapped air.
CALENDER LINE
We manufacture and calender custom rubber compounds for clients, selecting the necessary elastomer or combination of elastomers.

We work with all types of elastomers such as NR, SBR, BR, CR, IIR, BIIR, CSM, CM, FKM/VITON, SILICONE/MVQ, NBR, XNBR, HNBR, URETHANE/UREPAN, ECO for industries including mining, abrasion and corrosion coatings, desalination plants for drinking water, and civil engineering, among others.
